The Kandiyohi County & City of Willmar Economic Development Commission hired Viewpoint Consulting Group, Inc. to conduct an analysis of housing needs for Kandiyohi County, including all 12 communities within the County.

Included in the report are calculations, conclusions and ultimately recommendations on amounts and types of housing needs within the county for the next five years. This includes detailed reports for the largest community in the county, Willmar at 21,015 people (2020 census) to Regal, the smallest community, with a population of 43.
