A new 24-unit, market-rate apartment building to be built by AEHM, also known as Suite Liv’n, on 15th Avenue Northwest next to Ridgewater College will not receive a developer’s tax abatement from Kandiyohi County after the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday turned down the request.
