WILLMAR — Michelle Marotzke on Friday was unanimously appointed interim executive director of Kandiyohi County Economic Development by the Joint Powers Board.
The Joint Powers Board also discussed next steps in the search for a new executive director after firing Patrick O’Rouke, who had been in the position just four months, on Dec. 6.
