FedEx Ground built a 217,000-square-foot distribution center in the Industrial Park. The more than $30 million project was a result of 27 acres of the fourth addition of the Willmar Industrial Park being sold to project developer RDC National for $621,000. It opened 11 months after construction began. KCED identified and qualified sites with site selector, CBRE, and assisted in negotiations for purchase and development agreements.
