Economic Development Manager

Job Summary: 

The Economic Development Manager leads efforts to attract, retain, and expand businesses within the community. This role focuses on strengthening the local economy through strategic planning, partnerships, and program implementation that support job creation, investment, and sustainable growth.  This role will be working in the greater Kandiyohi County communities, collaboratively with the team and on programs and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Economic Development, or related field, two years of experience in the area of economic development in central Minnesota or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
