Developing Your Foundational Business Plan: A 6-Week Course
Course Objective: This program guides early-stage entrepreneurs through the essential elements of creating a comprehensive business plan. It provides a clear, actionable framework for strategy, operations, and financial planning.
Core Deliverable: By the end of this course, each participant will complete a "Business Plan Outline and Key Components Document." This deliverable serves as the foundational roadmap for their business and aligns directly with industry-standard business plan formats.
