Complete the online survey here or pick up a paper copy outside the EDC office located at 222 20th St. SE, Willmar. The building is open during normal business hours Monday – Friday and after hours when the Elk’s Lodge is open. Stay posted for locations county wide where the paper surveys will be located.
Attend a Community Forum:
Community forums will be taking place in every city of Kandiyohi County. Lemonade and cookies served where locations permit.

What is the Digital Connection Committee?
Under the federal Digital Equity Act, Office of Broadband Development (OBD) is developing a statewide plan to strategize improvements in internet affordability, access to internet-enabled devices, and access to digital skills training. Digital
Connection Committees serve as key partners in ensuring the plan reflects the goals and needs of all Minnesotans.

When is work starting?
NOW! The committee is actively working to develop outreach methods and materials that provide an opportunity for everyone in Kandiyohi County to provide their feedback on digital equity and accessibility. This committee concludes on June 30th, 2023.
